- Add config_loader.py: reads config.json > env vars > error
- Remove hardcoded company defaults from qiniu_uploader.py
- Request b64_json from Ark API to avoid unstable image downloads
- Add config.example.json template, .gitignore for config.json
- Update agent-deployment.md: agent asks user for config file
- Support config at skill root or ~/.seedream-config.json
